The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day that we receive them. However, due to stock availability it may take us up to 5 days. If the goods you order are out of stock we will send out the order to you as soon as the product becomes available again and we will contact you to inform you. If we cannot source the item we will contact you to inform you. Delivery is free for all orders over £50 to UK addresses. We charge £3.50 for delivery for orders under £50.

Cancellation

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy).

Return Policy

If you are unhappy with the goods purchased from us for any reason then you may return them to us within 7 days for a full refund.

Returned goods must be unused, in a sale-able condition and in their original packaging with all labels still attached.

If an item is faulty on delivery we will send an immediate replacement (if in stock) and collect the broken item. Otherwise simply send the item back to us, packed to the same standard as you received it, and we will repair or replace it as appropriate. If more than 7 days have elapsed, you have to handle the repair/exchange directly with the manufacturer. You are responsible for all postage charges (outgoing and incoming) on any returned items (defective or otherwise).

All returns must be authorised by email by Stompbox Pedals before sending back to us. This is to ensure correct tracking of your goods, and any refunds or replacements that may be given.

Please ensure that the returned items are boxed and well padded for the journey back to us. Failure to do so may result in damage to the item which we will not be held responsible for.

Goods displayed on this site are shown as an invitation to treat. Orders placed using the online system constitute an offer on behalf of the customer.
